refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to change it for the same item, send us an email to ventas@ideay.es and we will tell you how to help return the defective item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the donor received the order to be shipped later, we will issue the donor a refund and they will find out their return.
Shipment
To return your product, you must first contact us via email and we will indicate the steps to follow to return the item, taking into account that some of our products will be sent to our distributors or to the manufacturer.
You have 20 days to return the product in its original condition, the costs for the return of products are borne by us.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The delivery time of the orders may vary depending on where the product comes from, that is:
The products sent directly by our suppliers in Spain or from our own warehouse, is from 1 to 5 working days from when the order is placed (Obs. the terms are for the peninsula)
If your product comes from an EU country (European Union) then the products may take 5 to 10 business days to reach you.
If the product you have purchased comes directly from our suppliers outside the European Union (EU) then the product will reach your hands between 12 and 18 days. Each product will specify where the ordered product comes from.
Products from Sweden between 4 and 6 days
We give you the guarantee that we will be accompanying you throughout the order process, from the purchase until you have your package at home.
After having placed the order, we will not be able to change the shipping address, unfortunately for logistical reasons with the shipping companies we work with.
If you want your order to arrive in a shorter time, contact us and we will find a solution together.
Shipping costs.
The shipping costs of most of our products to the Iberian Peninsula are assumed by ideay.es so you should not worry about it, if a product does not include free shipping we will let you know.
For our customers in Sweden, shipments of up to 500 grams cost 50 kroner.
We ship to the rest of Europe and Latin America
Most of our products can be sent to all of Europe (with the exception of Sweden) and Latin America, keep in mind that shipping costs are borne by the customer, but contact us and we will find affordable shipping prices for your purchases.
What happens if I'm not there when the order arrives?
If you are not in the indicated place where the delivery would be made, then the carrier will leave you a notification letting you know where you can pick up the shipment, if you do not show up to pick it up then you will be notified once more, if in the second notification you do not arrive at make the withdrawal; then the product will be returned and you will be charged the shipping and return costs, we will deduct it from your purchase and then we will return the rest to your bank account.
